Cultural Heritage of Ghana - CAN 2008.

One of the wealthiest and most modern towns on the continent of Africa is Accra ; found in the country of Ghana. The town is home to Kotoka Global airfield, which is able to accommodate even the biggest of aircrafts. With global connections to Europe and Northern America, flights to Accra are a straightforward part of your holiday package. With its lovely beaches and many sights, Accra, Ghana is a superb escape.

A sightseeing tour should definitely be on your agenda of things to do in Accra. To hire the service of an auto and driver, you should be expecting to pay about $9. 00 an hour ; however you can book a 10 hour day for roughly $75 with additional charges for fuel.

Besides leasing an automobile or exploiting one of the taxis, a 3rd option for travel around Accra is a tro tro. They've been described as untrustworthy and not the safest way to travel in Accra. Did you know a country without culture is sort of a man without soul? And a person without soul is as good as a still-born baby? And a still-born baby is that entity which couldn't take in the 1st breath of life at birth? Perhaps the Holy Bible will help to better illustrate the point I am attempting to make here.

It reads : "And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man changed into a living soul. The contest would be running in 4 towns, particularly Accra, Kumasi, Sekondi and Tamale till tenth Feb , 2008. It was superb and "extraordinaire" as the French will say.

Here is a listing of well liked places to remain and eat during your trip to Accra, Ghana. Yankee travelers who are homesick might like Frankie's for their selections of Western favorites.
