Accra Ghana, a Holiday Destination.

A. K. A the Gold Coast, Republic of Ghana was the first African country to gain autonomy from the English colonial rule. The country is found on the northerly shore of the Gulf of Guinea.

However, there are far more than 100 languages and dialects spoken in Ghana. Christianity and Islam are the 2 most prevalent faiths in this land. The town is home to Kotoka World airfield, which is able to accommodate even the biggest of aircrafts.

With global connections to Europe and North America, flights to Accra are a straightforward part of your holiday package. With its gorgeous beaches and many sights, Accra, Ghana is an excellent escape.

Taxis are an alternative way to go about Accra, but you should be conscious of the different types there are. Many taxis are not metered, you will arrange a fee with the driver before you leave but some taxis are metered, and they have an inclination to be more expensive. These have a set rate per passenger and will follow a fixed route. These are wagons which serve as the town's public transit system. They've been described as untrustworthy and not the safest way to go in Accra.
