Ghana Casinos.

On Sunday, 20 th Jan , 2008, the MTN 26th Africa Cup of States , dubbed Ghana 2008 started in the leading city of Accra. The contest would be running in four towns, specifically Accra, Kumasi, Sekondi and Tamale till 10th Feb , 2008. The object of this piece is to study the grand launch Rite of the event, where Ghanaian culture was planted like a flourishing rose flower in the centre of the earth for humanity to behold, relish and preserve. It was superb and "extraordinaire" as the French will say.

Still, that level of earnings does not support a flourishing gaming industry, so as we are saying, the list of Ghana's casinos is still quite short. This is one reason why the list of Ghana's casinos is so short.

In fact, for a lot of the area's history there have truly only been 2 exports : slaves ( The Ashanti Kingdom was a prime source for the Arab slavers long before whites reached the area ), and gold : indeed, the country still boasts one of the biggest mines and gold corporations in the world, again named after the traditional dominion, Ashanti.

Gambling and casinos have historically done very well in mining areas, but this is changing as the business becomes more capital radical : no longer are there militaries of well-paid miners ripping at a hillside.

So, there are the explanations why the list of Ghana's casinos is so short.

The over an hundred conventional horn blowers who carried the sparkling elephant tusks colourfully ornamented, was the highest point of the creativity of the originators who conceptualised the occassion. The Marvel is the creativity that went into the creation of that normal musical instrument utilised by normal horn blowers in Ghana. The symbol is what can be discovered in the Kwame Nkrumah Commemorative Park in Accra. So, the hundred horn blowers at the opening rite were symbolically asserting to the Africa and the rest of the planet the 26th copy of the celebrated African Cup of Countries was going to start in Ghana, so that the whole world must be cautious and prepared to embrace the event.
